As far as I know, if you're going to use a mangaka artwork, it's fine. Many Mangaka's scans/artworks are on zerochan, it's fine as long as it's not just an artist.

However, be sure that the artist is a Mangaka which you can find its scans on MT/AP. If not, it's insecure to use any scans from Zerochan.
